ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting was held via Zoom online meeting on October 1st. The board voted to approve solar panels in the neighborhood with guidelines to follow which will outline restrictions.

Projects approved by the board at the meeting are:
Tree trimming and removal of dead trees in the neighborhood.
Completion of the installation of riprap (rock) around the center pond.
Installation of bubblers in the North pond. This will complete the install of bubblers in all of our ponds.

BOATS and CAMPERS

Recognizing that we have many residents who own sport boats and campers, the board has decided to relax (during the summer months) the enforcement of covenants which prohibit parking these items within the neighborhood.

 So, from May 1st through September 30th, our management company will not contact homeowners for parking boats or campers in the area, unless the policy is abused. An example of abuse would be leaving your boat parked in your driveway for weeks at a time. Also, a possible complaint from someone in your neighborhood regarding your camper or boat will be evaluated.
